The Turkish World Documentary Film Festival is set to take place from September 27 to November 7.

This year,the project aims  to expand its target audience.

The festival will take place in several countries, including Turkey, Turkish Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Macedonia, as well as eight cities and 16 movie theaters, including in Baku, Daily Sabah reported.

Over 40 documentaries chosen by the selection committee will be shown in two different theaters – one public and one university – in eight cities across seven countries.
